EMILY HICKS Emily's role in Echo Lake provided her with two firsts - her first visit to Alaska and her first feature film role. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Emily graduated in May 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Whitman College. She appeared in a number of stage productions, including Holiday, The Afghan Women, Pride and Prejudice, and The Laramie Project. In November she moved to New York City to further pursue her acting career.
